RECOMMENDATIONS

1.         Ham should be consumed at room temperature, never cold. For this reason, if kept in refrigerator, it is recommended that the Ham should be taken out 20 minutes before eating the same.

2.         The surface of the cut should be protected to prevent getting dry, covering the same with a slice of fat cut from the ham itself and covering it with a cloth.

3.       The slices should be shiny and thin in order to be able to appreciate the whole taste and aroma.


Lastly, please remember that good Ham should be very juice and never salty.
