Mix the flour well with the eggs and then add the milk, little by little. Mix everything again and leave for a few moments. Grease a small frying pan with a little butter. Heat it and put 2 spoonfuls of the previously prepared pancake mixture into the pan. Make sure that the pancake mixture covers the whole of the bottom of the frying pan by moving the pan. When the underside is a golden brown colour, turn it over.
Arrange the pancakes in a dish and cover them with the slices of ham. Roll up and serve.
