Pasta bows with pancakes and ham

INGREDIENTES:

For 4 people:

 

  • 300 grams pasta bows
  • 1 avocado pear
  • 1 packet mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 60 grams finely sliced country ham
  • A few lamb’s lettuce leaves
  • 1 lemon, salt and pepper
  • 6 spoonfuls of olive oil.

 

For the pancakes:

 

  • 1 egg
  • ˝ glass of milk
  • 60 grams flour

 



MODO DE ELABORACIÓN:

Cook the pasta and refresh it with cold water. Beat the egg with flour, milk, salt and pepper and pour 2 spoonfuls in an oiled frying pan. Cook the pancakes for one minute on each side.

 

Drain the mozzarella and slice the radishes. Peel and cut the avocado into cubes and squeeze the juice of ˝ a lemon over the cubes. Mix the ingredients with the pasta.

 

Lay the pancakes flat, place the ham slices on top, roll and cut them into one finger thick slices.

 

Beat 4 spoonfuls of oil in a bowl with one spoonful of lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix and add the slices of pancake and lamb’s lettuce and serve.
