PRICE LIST All the prices set out in our product lists are exclusive of tax. In the (final purchase summary) the definite price is shown, indicating the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes. With respect to the Value Added Tax, as a general rule the tax rate corresponding to the nature of the product to be sold will be applied to all the prices. All those companies belonging to the European Union except for Spain (Peninsula and Balearics) will be exempt from paying this tax. VAT will not be applied in sales to any other country in the world. However the customs systems of each country will apply the relative tax charges, which will be assumed by the customer.

PAYMENT SYSTEMS A) Transfer. B) Credit card. A) Transfer When you finish shopping you can select the option of bank transfer in the name of Industrias Alimenticias Jalonca, S.L. in Euros. It is very important to indicate, “order no. X” in the subject, as well as your name and surname, and for you to make the transfer within 3 days after making the order in order to validate it. The order will not be considered as effective until our bank effectively confirms the receipt of the money. Do not forget that you must make the payment in Euros and all the possible exchange and bank commissions will be on your account on choosing this payment system. B) Credit Card Payment with credit card will be made by Visa, MasterCard. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances. In an effort to provide the owners of the credit cards with greater security, VISA have included a three-digit number on their cards, which acts as an identification code to verify the physical presence of the card during transactions through the Internet. This three-digit number is printed on the back of your VISA card (in the signature area), immediately after the card number. In order to prevent fraudulent transactions with credit cards, Industrias Alimenticias Jalonca, S.L. reserves the right to request these control digits from its customers before shipping the order. Fraud with credit cards is a crime, and ndustrias Alimenticias Jalonca, S.L. will bring judicial action against anyone making a fraudulent transaction in our on-line shop. Industrias Alimenticias Jalonca, S.L makes a follow-up of each transaction and will use all the means available by Law so that all those people making fraudulent purchases are sanctioned by the authorities.

SHIPMENT METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES Industrias Alimenticias Jalonca, S.L. reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company it is made with, regardless of that set out on these pages and whenever this does not represent a clear detriment to the customer. A) Shipments to Spain PENINSULA AND BALEARICS The following conditions will be applied:
URGENT SHIPMENT Payment methods: Bank transfer, Credit card, Cash on delivery (see payment methods). The shipment will be made through the transport company MRW and the delivery time will be 24 – 48 hours. Delivery from Monday to Friday on working days. - The customer must pay the transport costs, depending on the weight of the order. The cost will be notified when the purchase is made.
- For payments with transfer, the material will not be sent until this transaction has been verified (see payment methods).
- Only orders of up to 50 kgs. in weight will be admitted. For larger quantities contact customer service.

CANARIES Payment methods: Bank transfer or Credit card (see payment methods) They will normally be sent by DHL, who have a package follow-up service based on a number that is given with each shipment (www.dhl.es). The delivery time will be approximately 2 to 3 days in this case. Only orders of up to 50 kgs. in weight will be admitted. For larger amounts contact customer service. VAT will not be applied on sales to the Canary Islands. - Shipments will be made through the transport company LODIS. The customer will pay the transport costs.
- Approximate delivery time between 3 and 4 days.
- VAT will not be applied on sales to Ceuta and Melilla. However the customs system will apply the tax charges corresponding to the customer.
B) Shipments Abroad Payment methods: Bank transfer or with Credit card (see payment methods). They will normally be sent by DHL, who have a package follow-up service based on a number that is given with each shipment. (www.dhl.es). The charge in the credit cards is ALWAYS made in Euros. Industrias Alimenticias Jalonca, S.L. cannot accept responsibility for possible variations (in the customer’s favour or in favour of Alimenticias Jalonca, S.L.) in the EXCHANGE RATE at the time the sum is charged into the customer’s account.

RETURN GUARANTEE If you are not satisfied with the purchase made from Industrias Aimenticias Jalonca, S.L. you have 7 days, as from the date of receipt, to execute your right to return it. The shipping and collection costs in the event of return will always be on the customer’s account. To make this return, the product must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging. Once the goods have been received at our warehouses and after verifying their state, you will get your money back. If the hygiene-sanitary conditions of the product make it unsuitable for consumption without causing a health risk, the return will be admitted, providing you inform us within 7 calendar days as from the receipt, and Industrias Alimenticias Jalonca, S.L. will bear all the expenses. In any case, the return of erroneous shipments will be admitted, and Industrias Alimenticias Jalonca, S.L. will pay for the shipping costs. To make a return, you must contact our customer service department. NOTE: There will be no other reasons for returning any product, especially mentioning that if any ham has too much fat or is drier and harder than normal, this will not be a cause for claim or return, as these depend on the customers’ own appreciations and tastes.

LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION These general conditions will be interpreted in agreement with the legislation in force in Spain on this subject, which will subsidiarily be applied to all that not foreseen herein. The contract will be presumed as executed in Barcelona, place that will determine the competent jurisdiction in possible conflicts that might arise in the future.
