How to preserve a de-boned Ham

-          A de-boned ham must be preserved in a bag, vacuum wrapped.

-          As it is being consumed, it should be kept in the less cool area of the fridge and covered with a dry cotton cloth.

-          If the consumption is relatively quick, it is recommended to wrap the slices in aluminium foil or plastic film to prevent it getting dry.
